It's been known for a while that Redwood Bank were looking to list on the main market so with all the financial intricacies that tie JR to both this and Redwood I can't see a reasonable reason from the information that's out there why this won't complete. Yes, it's not on a timescale any of us are pleased about (I was hoping January) but we're talking about complicated banking finance with all the associated rules and regs that go with them. Personally I see this mornings rns as a positive in as much as it still going ahead and we've got a date. So in echo to some other posters.... Happy Christmas etc. and see you in July!

In reply to Ged on the other side, yes for the gap between our current contract (rns dated 4th Apr 2023) & the start of the next contract we will get an extension. Scroll further down in the bidstats tender info and it states;

I'd expect an RNS to confirm this shortly.

If any of you were here for the last raise and bought on the dip that followed you'd still be in profit now and on the rise that followed you could have done near 300% if you found the top. Come on Tom, pull your finger out. Those northern care alliance figures should have made more press coverage than it got in a handful of trade publications. Everyday we see waiting list headlines. I'm sure there's a few editors out there that would be interested to show how these could be slashed with modern technology & communications. Bleepa is as you have informed us, is a proven unique proposition. You should be singing from the hill tops to get this noticed. Alas, as yet I don't see any evidence of a little self promotion.

I can't help but think anyone that's currently in is likely to do very well from this deal. Banks are making good profits due to interest rates and that should continue for a while yet. Let's hope they push it through pronto. I'd think from the various recent appointments things are churning in the background already. Be interesting to see what transpires that's for sure. Gl all
