IMHO the supposed transition to 7 day working, effected on a Tuesday, would have been to initiate a third shift to cover the Wednesday, Día de Extremadura, bank holiday.
Doesn't make sense starting it mid week otherwise.

The plant has never operated at 100% run capacity to date and the fact it was closed Saturday night is certainly no surprise to me.

From Atlas finance RNS 30/03/20:

"W has secured a £4.0m convertible bond facility from Atlas Capital Markets ("Atlas") comprising a convertible bond with a coupon of 5% and a term of 3 years. The facility can be drawn in tranches of up to £500,000 at the election of W, with an agreed period between subsequent drawdowns. The facility is unsecured and subordinated to the BlackRock Financial Management Inc. ("BlackRock") loan facility with Blackrock consent required for a draw. Atlas can convert the bond to W shares by issuing a conversion notice with the price set at 95% of the selected 3-day VWAP in the 15 days leading up to issue of a conversion notice by Atlas."

So WRES call the drawdowns as required.
Atlas then convert at their leisure.
£1M drawn down so far
£950,000 converted.
£50,000 left to covert.
Potentially £3M left to draw down if required.

What about the remaining £3M they are able to draw down and convert to shares on the same retrospective terms?
Seems to me there can be 18 months more of this if Atlas so wish it.

I don't know where you lot are getting your information, I passed by La Parilla last Saturday night after a brilliant fiesta in a town nearby.
I didn't detect any working at all, there were no vehicles in the car park except security.
