Thanks ChrisToffer great information. A positive take on this is that this may allow us to react faster (increase position) on any positive news that may emerge from Peace talks. We will be able to load the boat as to speak before EU brokers can react hopefully.

I have just found some further information from an Interactive Broker investor in Spain the response from his broker which basically states translated : “These stocks are restricted for trading by IBKR, it might be available for trading with other brokers. Our risk management team has decided to prevent our clients from opening new positions”
“This restriction is to protect our customer from risk, it cannot be removed on clients request. The restriction will be removed once our risk management team decides.” SHOCKING!

Yes I can buy here in the UK with my broker but my point is potential EU investors aren't able to, therefore depressing the share price of a higher volume of purchases.

I,m a long term holder of Polymetal and have increased my position recently as I was heavily underwater and have averaged down quite a lot.
Found out yesterday, after recommending to a relative in Spain the purchase of Polymetal shares, that they are not a available for purchase with his broker, also checked with a second EU broker that I use and same thing. This may be the reason why price has not had a decent rebound yet. Was anybody aware of this? The are clearly restricting who can buy these shares in the EU which is clearly market manipulation if no sanctions have been imposed on the company. Thoughts? and can anybody confirm.

I just added another 300@323. Still massively down on my total position. Lets just hope that the worst case scenario doesn't play out and an agreement is reached during peace negotiations.

Added some more on late weakness of SP. Personally, believe great things to come, but it's going to be a long wait until till relevant clinical data and results will serve as catalyst. My average price sits now at 75p.
