How long does it take before this gets investigated and who investigates it. There maybe a lot of money not being used correctly.

The 6 month ruling only applies to AIMs... This could go on for years (or minutes)

No contracts have been signed by SYME making itceasy to just say all the right things in RNSs then slip away and its taking too long if its just the e financial stuff... Has there been conformation from FCS that the FCA are just after the financial stuff and nothing else?

Lookers. work group and GRIT they too had the same RNS last year...both still suspended/bust. Are there any companies that have done well after a suspension?

I'm out. This has had potential for so long that the fact that this hasn't taken off yet is imo due to poor management. I can see FOX being reduced to nothing and absorbed into this new deal. So all in all...Factory taking too long. Deals rare, New partnership being swallowed up as FOX cannot run themselves properly. (Now watch it fly!)
