Today
Hi Ian, apologies for the delay in replying. It can be a challenge to address all individual questions that we get from each investor. We are working in setting a more efficient platform for communication to ensure that shareholders are appropriately informed. To the best of our knowledge, none of the major shareholders are selling. With regards TR1 disclosures, the company can only request every so often shareholding numbers from its main investors but the onus to report back and file the TR1 rests with the shareholders. From what I can see on share trading, it seems that shares are trading at very thin volumes with little liquidity, hence small volumes can have a great impact on share volatility. The company has positively improved its balance sheet with the recent restructure and continues to build on operational improvements, working on expanding its client base and working with experienced clients to have a closer oversight on the milestones required to close our contract pipeline. We believe we are in a much better operational and commercial position that we were at the beginning of the year. It is understandable for retail investor sentiment to be so low given recent events. We are aware of this but are clearly focused on operations, improving certain processes and driving progress on projects to ensure that we will inform shareholders in a meaningful way. As CEO I am also working hard with the team to implement initiatives not only with a view of improving operations but also Investor Relationships. I want to make you aware that we really value the relationship with every long-term shareholder, but it is unlikely that I will be able to keep communicating individually with each one. We are seeking to improve overall communication channels, so that everyone can feel more involved and appropriately informed. Thank you for your support and interest in EQTEC and rest assured that once I had a change to make progress on what I have set to do with the team, we will update the market accordingly and will be more than happy to organise any relevant interview. Best, David
