Definitely seems like someone is buying up shares. Bear in mind also that the previous CFO left and then went on social media criticising PE for sucking the value out of businesses. Perhaps PE is amassing shares and will launch a buy bid. To pay 50p and share and then refloat or sell in 2-3 years time with a working mine, making profits with guaranteed contracts and an NPV of £1.7bn they would easily make a killing. I guess time will tell.

Got a message from HL saying offer closed early and will get notification of how many shares will be allocated late tomorrow. Clearly massively over subscribed.

So help me out here in my understanding.

Basically existing shareholders have the opportunity to increase their number of shares and buy at a discount to the current share price. Once this is done the remaining funds required to get to production will be via debt. We can increase our number of shares and the dilution effect of this should then disappear as the SP rises back up as the business hopefully turns a decent profit.

So in essence, short term SP reduction for long term benefits if we either hold or more benefits potentially if we subscribe?

But are they available to all existing shareholders or just the main ones?

I really don’t understand the logic of a board ranking their own SP by 30 % and confused as to whether this is a brilliant buying opportunity and the SP will soar afterwards or if they’ve just cost me a small fortune?

So the SP has this baked in? Makes sense. Let’s hope it starts creeping to the 26p broker estimate.

Absolutely brilliant RNS and barely a squeak in share price. Either this is still a slow burner and waiting funding announcement or the new B shares have really dampened upside for small shareholders

Without wishing to jinx things it looks like the SP has stabilised following the recent jump and before the funding announcement later in the quarter. I notice the post about the ‘rumour’ has been deleted. Let’s hope there’s further growth for us smaller shareholders before the inevitable buy out by the big boys takes place

Some chunky buys today that don’t seem to have troubled the SP. Perhaps the MMs allowing the roadshow attendees to accumulate before funding announcement sends the SP up?

Just topped up myself. £5k at 1.43.

Let’s hope the SP Angel forecast materialises.

I’m still in as I bought very low and hoping that as funding is confirmed and production gets going then we’ll see significant growth. Clearly the big boys don’t care about the likes of shareholders on this platform and why should they, they had huge skin in the game if it has all gone tits up. Now the shenanigans are complete, dilution done then my hope is that the share price will rise. I doubt it will reach 55p but one can dream.

I still think it will be bought out by a major mining company before we see a x3 growth and then shareholders cash out to the industry experts. If we can get low or mid 20p price I’ll be happy. High teens and I’ll be disappointed but pleased overall.

Hoping now the days of it all going bump are behind us. That will only happen due to major incompetence or corruption but still think there is a lot of upside, a small amount of bought out but perhaps if that doesn’t happen then the SP in 3 years time could well be a percentage of NPV and would make me very happy indeed lol

Given the linked in posts of the old CEO after his departure I think the PE vultures in will swoop once the funding is in place and Landsowne will be sitting pretty. LTSH will get a return limited to their buy in and nothing like the market potential. I think the suits have stiffed us and the only hopeful point is a rise in the SP after funding and before the bid to partially give us a decent albeit very restricted returnb

A takeover could push price up to 15-20p?

I’m surprised that no one has picked up on this or commented.

The CFO leaves abruptly under unexplained circumstances and within a few weeks writes a scathing attack on PE companies taking over rare earth metal mining companies. Like perhaps TW? Is that why he left as he fundamentally disagreed with the way the funding was going?

Is a PE take over bid coming? Buying out the CLN holders, edging out small investors and buying all the future value for peanuts?
