Hopefully an upturn into close. Every day without news is closer to news.

Some really good points here. In many ways, success in the markets needs a bit of luck and of course research etc. But I think one of the biggest and most influential factors is the psychology of it. A day can seem like an eternity if you are checking the price every few seconds. I know traders have to do this, but this can then lead to fomo of other shares and jumping in and out chasing rainbows. Based on all of the information, this has amazing potential - no guarantee of course.

I have neither the time, luck or indeed (most importantly) skills to effectively trade - have attempted in the past and end up lower or at best back where I started. I think it’s important to ignore the noise and accept that there will be some astronomical risers and it is a risky game to jump on. I’m sure we’ve all seen the shares this week where you would have still made a profit even if you brought in at the point when there had already been a 50+ per cent rise. But that does not often happen. When there is noise and momentum elsewhere that can sometimes drown out and push to the background the reasons and anticipation of the share you are initially in. Every day here without news brings us closer ‘to hews’. If that news is as we are hoping for (there are no guarantees), we will hopefully achieve more by staying where we are as opposed to trading in and out. There will doubtless be those who have done amazingly well this week - but I still go back to the risk of being out rather than in (assuming the news is what we are all hoping for). Could well be right. Not always, but often in my view, shares rise as much on financials in the background as news itself. Just think the fact that this is now debt free and there is ‘skin in the game’ are critical factors. Nothing crazy, but wouldn’t be surprised if gains to be had again on Tuesday. Tick up at the end of the day on Friday leads me to think (hope) we get a positive start at least. Best wishes all.

Have to be realistic but removing debt shows confidence - will plateau at some point but I think the shackles are off and there is more to come in the coming days. Yesterday was a strange day in markets and the slight rise into close bodes well for Tues am (hopefully). Too much jumping from one AI share to another at the moment in my view - think those stocks will do well but there will be volatility. No debt here - this more than compensates for issue of shares at 1p. Best wishes all.

The thing that this keeps coming back to - which several posts have alluded to - is value. So many shares go up on nothing more than conjecture and speculation. How many oil explorers for example rocket on licences or the commencement of drilling - and how many go on to succeed. Yet often the mcap is based on what could happen and there are huge spikes and subsequent gains or losses. This is the same - but we have already had dilution fears allayed and we know news is forthcoming. What nobody can do is put a price on value. To some extent this is in uncharted territory as it could be off the scale. I also think, as ironic as it may seem, that it does not necessarily need news to rise further. The rises might be significant without it - because everyone is trying to work out what could be achieved. Speculation and fomo can be just as powerful as ‘news’ if you time it right.

Unless you are trading, does minute by minute, hour by hour matter too much? Nothing has changed. What is the value - risky being out as the rise will be dramatic once next news lands in my view.

As I’ve said before, this will not go up in a straight line - nothing does. But I don’t think anyone - market included - knows what the value of this could be. If AI is going to be the next big thing, it truly could be transformational. I have watched from the sidelines and seen the likes of Argo and scgl make astronomical gains in a short period. This could be the same - that’s not me saying it will, but you only have to time one of these shares right once. Best wishes all.

Understand and respect the point - but I would be flabbergasted. It is not going to go up relentlessly, but fomo and anticipation of webinar should see it at least hold the gains from this morning throughout the afternoon. I expect it to rise to be honest. Also, RNS stated no immediate plans for any significant dilution. I know it doesn’t make sense in a logical way, but just feel speculation and sentiment are just as important as ‘news’ sometimes. This, at present, cannot be valued. Is the risk of being out bigger than the risk of staying in?

I know you shouldn’t really do it, but there was reference in an earlier message re scgl going to 12p in a couple of weeks or so. Now, I’m not saying this will - or indeed should (as much I would want it to). We must be realistic and balanced. But very, very occasionally these things do happen. And when they do, it is usually on nothing more than sentiment, momentum and what could happen. The thing that I keep coming back to is that it is very difficult to put a valuation on this - it could be anything. And of course, in the interests of fairness that also means it could be lower (though I personally don’t see it this way). Let’s hope for a good rest of the week - it has certainly got off to a decent start.

Am wrong more often than right but can’t see any reason for there not to be a fair few good days coming up. How can you put a value on this? Even a few pence doesn’t feel unrealistic - speculation and fomo alone will drive this, before we even get to the fundamentals.

So many shares can get hyped and promise untold riches, and so often people can get sucked in to the point where rational thought goes out of the window. Hindsight of course is a wonderful thing and we can all be experts after the event. I’m sure we have all fallen into the trap of holding on, chasing a spike etc. I hope I’m right, but something about this gives cause for genuine optimism. The mcap is low - and I’m not sure how you can put a true value on AI developments - it could be anything and that is one of the fundamental drivers here. Under normal circumstances, when you hear the ‘this will reach xx’ by the end of the month line it has to be taken with a pinch of salt. But any hint of impressive news or developments could generate a serious rise. Despite the profits that some have already made (not me unfortunately), this could still turn out to be a ridiculously low entry point. Fingers crossed for a good week next week - fomo and anticipation of Monday’s webinar alone could be cause for a not insignificant rise. Best wishes all.

Think ‘fomo’ and speculation alone will kick-in shortly. Not sure the Friday sell off that so often happens will be applicable here - it’s a binary decision for investors. Is the risk of being out bigger than the risk of being in. At some point news will land - or an interview will light the touchpaper - and if / when that happens this price will be long gone. Look at the mcap and compare that to the general market potential.

There are no certainties, but I find it hard to believe the webinar will not add to the optimism and expectation - regardless of whether there is a company mention or RNS at any point. If it lands well (and why shouldn’t it), then surely there will be a positive reaction. Forget shares in issue. Look at the mcap and expertise. Best wishes all.

No-one can really predict these things but I can’t help feeling that the downward trend this week is going to change sooner or later. This is likely to be on a lot of people’s ‘watchlists’ - gains to be had from this level.

Totally agree. If we’re honest, there are lots of times when rises do not make sense and are built entirely on momentum and speculation. Similarly, some falls do not make sense either - and whilst there are no guarantees, I go back to how AI and no imminent placing must surely provide a more stable position than many other options out there. All valid points - but we are nowhere near year highs. I still think last Friday gave a glimpse of what the price range should be be, but just need a bit of momentum again. No guarantees but AI / no imminent placing fears / generally positive update / way off 12-month high are surely reasonable reasons to invest here. Won’t take a lot to get this moving again. Another disappointing day in lots of ways - but the ending should offer some hope for what may be in store from tomorrow. The RNS was decent - suspect a lot are just watching and waiting on the sidelines. Still feel gains to be had by the end of the week and beyond. Good luck all.

Difficult day today - one of those days where it was probably best to switch off and ignore the noise. Timing is everything in many ways and suspect there are those trying to flip between here and other AI opportunities. FOMO is a dangerous thing. But day to day fluctuations are part of the deal and I really hope that by the end of the week we will have seen some decent rises here - nowhere near 12-month high and lots of potential with no near term placing fears. There are worse shares to be invested in I would have thought.

For me, it’s about the fact no funding is required in the short to medium term and the link to AI that is appealing. Many investments can get decimated due to funding and timing. In theory, certainly in the near term, I would hope the price would grow based on this reassurance. Best wishes all.
