I was having a massive think last night (3 gin's deep). With regards to the FCA Fiasco, surely when looking at applicants for loans they would of had certain lending criteria to adhere before dishing out loans willy nilly. Also customers would have new the legalities and conditions before accepting the loan??. I sell car finance through work and the Company's are **** hot on legislation. I remember when the PPI claims were about I had customers ringing me up asking if they had it... I think it could be people jumping on the band wagon and I'm sure the company would have had to comply with rules and lending criteria.... I've not looked too much into it but I think Amigo, if doing every thing required of them will be ok. GLA.
