How come an order can be executed at less than what my limit order is?? can someone help me out on this?one has just been filled at 0.0195 and i placed mine @ 0.02....?

I've been trying to execute an order for the last two days and they wont take it, i put a limit order in £2000 @ 0.02 and still its not filled! Haway mm's push it through please i need to average down... :)
