Rob, If you were and environmentalist group, surely you would take every opportunity to disrupt what is clearly going to be a succesful operation to extract fossil fuels and this is exactly what is occuring. The documents will all inevitabley be couched in threatening leagalise, how else would you expect them to be compiled.

The real story here is the fact that a new large oil strike is in our midst and the environmentalists understandably want to prevent this and at the same time raise their profile.

I generally feel that the whole thing is a publicity stunt which, should hopefully bring BPC to the attention of even more investors. As the saying goes '... there's no such thing as bad publicity...'
