I believe if the SP has not improved by the AGM then a vote of confidence is put forward for Parker and even Owens .We may have a great scientific team but led by poor management and even more so poor decisions . Banking on the AGM roughly 14th,15th Dec

I think you ll find the only thing I’ve been slating is Parker and as they’ve said in the Q&A they are not involved with 737 dealings also no offers in the table

I do understand that Ahfam but so far the science isn’t cutting it with investors we have lost over 85pc since the high of just over 440 .What is frustrating is Why are we getting hammered by the mms and the BOD should be having talks with PH . There wasn’t even a mention and I know I asked about PH in the Q&A are they providing value and what have they actually done it is disheartening when you see the company going forward and the SP crumbling are we going to end up getting shafted like SO share holders like I’ve gone on time for Parker to leave . RF selling their shares at such a low sp means they just keep getting more and more till they recoup their money . And in another 8 months we will need to raise again to show we have funds for past 1b or are going to consolidate because at this moment in time we are way under the magic one pound to look attractive

Sorry should have been 6 months but I’d go as far as since consolidation . I do believe Tim and John are good with the science but big decisions that were made and statements put out have misled investors it’s like anything you might have a great team but poor management . If nothing has changed by the AGM I’ll be asking for a vote of confidence in Parker he has been there long enough and what exactly is he doing ? A question I put forward in the Q&A and like many awaiting for the replies that was dodged by the BOD .

I don’t have to sell if I’m not happy with the way the company is not being run I’ll say so ,so seeing as your happy with the performance of the company and the successful consolidation and steady SP then please post why ??? Then once I see it through your rose tinted glasses I’ll not knock Parker or Owens and as for Maj well done on making money because I can guarantee 99pc of Sar holders overs the last 6 months has lost a lot of money

Parker and Owens made some great decisions to consolidate and jump in bed with peel hunt to make sure we were a great attraction for investors and there would be no manipulation with the SP

Totally agree Basil it’s time for Parker to go not just that but consolidation A massive failure it won’t be long before we have to consolidate again if this drop continues what was said before no one wants a company under a pound or the other big question is has investors lost interest in the company or interest because of damage Parker has done with misleading remarks he’s made in the past ?

Who needs maj and Puma when you have Parker and Owen doing so well for the company what brilliant brain storm can they come up with next or are they maj and puma in disguise only another 300k to enter the market in a couple of weeks I take it the finance was possibly desperation and not the fact a deal with 737 is going to happen soon no improvement by Xmas Parker out

My comments are mainly about Owen and Parker have we ever had clarity on WHO s idea it was to consolidate and WHO got PH involved if we were able to get HNWI onboard why have we since not been able too ?I’m sure if we got more HNWI like last time the SP would not of dropped and showed we are an attractive investment without having to pay extra costs and even have to possibly give extra shares away if they do not recover the money which at the present rate does not look promising GLA

It’s called sarcasm and a bit of red I’m colour blind but I think there’s been a lot more red than blue currently 7pc down . I also invested again after the AGM is it a case of silly me or all comes up trumps but I take it you’re happy with the decline ? I guess just a look at the charts over a 6 month period will tell you there been no uplift 737 been going on way too long now but if if did come off great we’re all in it to make money and as I’ve mentioned before 10 years up the line from when we were 2p a share to being 1.4 p a share now and in clinic with a ph2 drug and another in ph1a you tell me where the companies going wrong .I await the replies to the Q&A as im sure most were not answered and at the end of the presentation they looked like they were even trying to get out of face to face AGM to stop awkward questions to be answered if nothing has improved like I say

Consolidate to be get big investors interested and another brokers on board to do sweet FA for the company ? Wait a minute silly me we ve done that and I was dreaming we went from over 350 to 72.If big investors thought we could get a deal on 737 they would of piled in guess it’s not happening and with news on 1801 not due to end of this year looks like a steady decline If anyone has proof to the contrary please put up
