Remember they also have 4m tucked away which would should mean mark cap is around 5-6m rather than 1.2m..the s.p should be around 11-13p...I personally think they are being artificially held down like a lot of comps on aim at present. also news of the new saas clients coming online as yet to be stated, and a lot of last years profits were lost due to a lot of streamlining and ensuring higher % profit returning from existing clients..Also some of the big boys are holding big chunks of GNG, and decent size buys send the s.p flying, GLA ...
Hi m8, I would avg down...sell the dog...last time this spiked it had 110% in a day just on buying pressure, when we start getting nearer rns day, and no news due....A week before d day will see the s.p rise again and then prob sit at around 6-7 which is a nice out if you can avg down to that level...I think most holders here are in the same boat and have been avg down on low s.p below 3, I know I have managed to avg down with a few 2.75 buys...GL
This will creep back up to 7 then it's pot luck....14+ if news ok back down to 4 if not so good...Come GNG. It's been a long wait...
GNG is just a put away and sit on it share, def agree with bonum, mkt cap no where near share price, any contract whether small or large will send this share flying, I think there is a good selection of solid investors sitting on this one inc some very very big broker holdings..GLA..
Wait
Lets just hope it's a bumper rise...there are some seriously big holders in this comp, so I have faith....ish..GLA
My faith is with gng. Had big blows this week with range and solo. Just keeping the dream alive with gng. GLA
Any suggestions. Before announcement. Looking at around 5-6.. Avg news around 9....Good around 11...bad around 3. Anyone else have thoughts..also new saas contracts due to come online ??????
The Company intends to provide a full year trading update on 20 May 2013 with the results scheduled to be announced during the second half of July 2013.
I'm in and from around 5 and been averaging down since, I could have got out a few times last month at 6 and previously at 7..From looking at the figures the market cap around £1.2 but cash if correct is around £4 mil..so logic would say that the s.p should be around 12-14p mark, which it was for a long while even up above 30p at points...So if all rns are correct and new accounts come online then bumper rise, or say worst case and profits down then maybe a drop to say 2.5. So high gains or low losses. Very few shares in circ and once there is a leak of news the s.p will fly then its about have the big ones to hold out until news or sell without the risk of waiting for news..DYOR....GLA.. TOP UP TIME AGAIN...
I think we have a consolidation of shares, as they were snapped up at low levels by brokers then added to big player ready for news release and a bumper payday..GLA
We had an 80% rise in 2 days last month then a drop back down just on buying pressure, WHEN good news is finally released back to mid 15 we go..I think we have all being doing a few cheeky top ups...GLA - although not much needed here with GNG...
Finally may has arrived and the rise should start, any buying pressure will send the s.p into double figures, should see 7p no probs..GLA
Watching paint dry/GNG
Up 4% someone must have bought 5 shares..LOL.
As a result of these factors, the Directors now expect to report revenue materially below that recorded last year. In addition, since a proportion of the revenue shortfall related to performance fees, which achieve a higher margin, the operating profitability will be significantly reduced from last year's level. Investors should also note that the Company will incur a non-recurring charge to profits of approximately £350,000 from the aborted acquisition during the financial year. Despite the significant revenue shortfall in the final quarter, the Company had cash of £5.3 million at 31 March 2012 Notwithstanding the reduced profitability the Board remains confident of GEONG's business model and its potential. The Company is still getting new IaaS clients in its core markets and new industries with two strategic partners, and has not lost any IaaS clients during the quarter and its business partner has not moved any business to the Company's competitors. Indeed, the SaaS business gained 2 new SaaS clients during the final quarter of the financial year, a total of 16 SaaS clients during the year and is in current negotiations with another 5 potential new SaaS clients.
Absolute bargain here. Had rises only last week of 95%..Roll on RNS...
I can never understand how this s.p is so low as it should reflect company value.. S.P value is £1.37m but we have cash around 4m plus a few debts but turnover of around 9m and profits around 3-4m. I remember this dropping due to contract issues and drop in profit.
I've just topped up and that has gone through as a sell..Roll on may results..Can't be many shares in GNG floating about now..
