A certain amount of scepticism is valid i think.
they got very close to being brought out when the share price was at its peak but then things didn't go to plan.
What the company has always has is a store cupboard of ideas and a collection of some very sharp scientific minds to put those ideas into practice.
The current situation is very positive. Very few companies (especially ones with only 45 employees) could turn round a cd_19 from start to finish in 8 weeks let alone one which had several unique selling points. The who registration of the HEPC test validates the genedrive unit and the hearing lose test on the brink of NHS take up, all make for a perfect storm in my view. but they need sizable sales.
if they achieve a sizable sales of any of there products that then screams "game on" for me

Magy18 was right the original message on this thread was a touch misleading.
there is nothing in the RNS which I think suggests a take over.
The discussion after that was about individuals opinions on how likely and under what circumstance a take could happen.
so you have missed nothing in the RNS

I think the general opinion was that they would have to have ordered a significant amount from genedrive to say that it was not in the national interests. So if they make a huge order bring it on. happy either way

I think (I do not know) that it is their aim is to sell the company.
I do know that the company was floated with the intention of it being brought out.
my opinion is that that has not changed.
my point is that you can not possible know that the company wont be sold. to state as a fact that it wont be is wrong and you have consistently called people who are being positive out about stating opinions as fact.

No they didn't transfer
there was an agreement about there disposal but the I cant remember the details.
She had a sizable holding at one point.
I am doubting myself but I think I remember her name still being around as recently as last year

really wish you would do the same punter.

Possible. I did notice that Cath Booth is no longer on the major investors list. I not sure if that due to dilution or selling but we haven't had a TR1 about it.
