I am in a few domestic shares which are suffering from the uncertainty around BREXIT but considering that and the FTS 100 has had about a 7% correction these shares are not doing to badly when sentiment changes hopefully I will be winning big time

Just had 2 updates from PSN and TW both building more houses every year at the mo it's the new builds that's propin the construction trade up both companies doing really well at the mo so in my opinion TW is a hold not a sell have you sold out beingthebanker

don't believe house prices down 30% in three years most of the first time buyers buying new builds will all be in negative equity which would not be good news I think if house prices go 30% down we will be in a recession if so they could well go down 30%

Hi my cousin has had there house just fell through from 8months ago lives 11miles from central London put back on the market at the same price£425k so where do you get£25k across the board where I live HP rose by 13% this year maybe a £1 million pound house a come down by £25k

why are TW the only ones with leaseholds problems not seen any other builder that's put money aside

not a good start SP down over 4% could be a double whammy today as FTS down over 30 points

Not as good as PSN profits down could be and bad day

hi tom any thoughts on tomorrow will we be any where near the same as PSN I hope so hope PR is more positive than the update maybe today's results will kick start the sector into overdrive

excellent update should see a bit of a raise today

Nice little rise today but got my doubts on Wednesday think it will be a good results day but I think if the FTS 100 is down on Wednesday we could see a double whammy if the FTS is up we might get a raise but normal trend his for this share to go down the same as most builders do

think we are in the 185 to 190 range until the market has it's next rally

Hi tom Why is it that every time builders post good results there SP go down barratts are now 0.57 down from 2.5% up and they look like they could go into the red this will happen with TW on the 28th I hope we get a good raise
