think Berkeley have deferred the dividend for the next 2years

shares go up and down every day at the mo lots of volatility these shares will be fine if you are long could I thought these would go below 130 but the market had a bounce maybe over for a bit only down because the FTSE has lost over 400 points in a week plus all the talk of a recession

what about the governments new housing scheme that comes in to affect in the autumn new builds of up to 30% off a newly built home in England priced at£314,000 property sold with 30% off saving of £94.000 not bad only for first time buyers must be a catch some where I think when they sell it on must give the discount to the buyer Is this good news for house builders this scheme must be taking place of the HTB scheme

totally agree with you Lloyds is a dog of a share been here for about 6years lost over half of my investment will probably take 10 years just to get my money back no dividends to top up my investment all ways some thing with Lloyds government owned then PPI then brexit now Covid the next thing could be brexit again low interest rates there will always be some thing only one word crap share

TW good rise today sold a few thousand at a small loss but the dividend i got over the last 4years meant I made a small profit still got a few thousand left only sold to get some cash ready to buy back when the SP drops below 130p if not I will buy back at a bigger price

Sorry to see that most of the excellent board members are ditching the builders think we will have a bumpy ride this year but I will keep the faith if they go below £1 I will buy more
