My thoughts are that Lonestar buy up debts and make improvements. People have said they bought the debt lower than it was on the books for so if they get what is owed to them they will have their profit. It may be that another company are after the hotels as a going concern to add to their portfolio , but what is clear is that Lonestar dont want them to liquidate and pick up the assetts that way as it would not look good on the company taking them on. As i said UK group of hotels sounds to me as if they will become part of a chain. Not sure what will be in it for us yet but its gotta be worth more than £750k. My next move if I were them would be to put cost cutting measures in place then spend some money doing them up. Lets see what happens at the end of month.

Have done a little research on the Hotels and whilst some do need updating they are in prominant positions, Lonestar have a history of buying out debts and putting companies back on their feet which is why they make loads of money. Time will tell with these but changing the name soon after the previous name change bodes well as far as I can see, especially when its called UK group of Hotels.
