Don't understand why you say Petards won't win the contract. They will give the contract to whoever is the most competitive. Petards will have the edge because they know what it takes to win this type of work.

Nope not me and to be honest I think it's best if no one says they have a line to any company, I tend not to believe them if they say they have as if the company was a reputable one they wouldn't say anything that would compromise their position within that company.
