Tosca will wait until they have reaped dividends as promised. Why would they sell at a loss when the dividends are forecast. The TF board member is key to us all receiving a payout as early as possible.

As long as the payments continue as they did through Q4 last year then we are set for going it alone never mind the RTO scenario which would only ever be agreed if it were a much better option than not joining forces. Tosca are involved so they are looking after their interest (the exact same per share interest as ours) under a combined entity. We win under either scenario. Looking forward to doubling up on re-trading.

Every time they mention using own coal or actively start investigating deposits in BD it strengthens our case. Whether it is for being given the green light or taking legal action our situation is massively improved. It won’t be long before the residents of Dinajpur are feeling left behind anyway.
