Allegations by Phronimos Capital LLC and its principal, Mr. Sam John



The Board advises that false information has been disseminated by Phronimos Capital LLC ("Phronimos") and its principal, Mr. Sam John. In particular, the Company categorically refutes all allegations of impropriety or wrongdoing implied by Phronimos and its principal relating to the transaction announced on 6 February 2020 involving the Company's subsidiary, Polo Investments Limited, and Dyani Corporation Limited, and reserve all rights in regard to this matter. The Board is seeking legal redress against Phronimos and Mr. Sam John to protect the interests of the Company.

So Polo are going to sue Phrominos. Good.

So Polo might need to buy in the open market or just convert their loans to shares if they want to increase their holdings in GCM.

If Dyani can’t dispose of GCM for 6 months after being issued stock then maybe they can’t transfer them and Polo’s Nomad has blocked it for that reason.

Don’t care about sellers as I’m just holding for the buyout.

Someone needs to talk for 20 minutes about the other coal mines according to the agenda. Which one do we think or maybe someone not listed.

The Cazenove note said much shorter time. 5 years was full production of 15 million tonnes per annum.

So own coal is under consideration and slated to start production in 2025.
