Licensing should be viewed as the quickest way to get world exposure. Quality is the main risk and keeping it high.
Can we manufacture billions of tests per year in the UK? Probably not.

The UK government can’t stop us selling oversees. They can pre-order our manufacturing capacity but if the number of manufactured tests exceeds the UK requirement then it’s game on for exporting.
Either way (unless the exported revenue per test is much more) the income is guaranteed at capacity.
