Results look good again, and unlike last time when results were published lets hope that this time we hold onto the SP gains. This is a growth stock paying a %4 dividend and in the near future I'd hope to see a significant SP gain to around the £7 mark.

I took the other option and bought more this morning.......nice to get things right for a change!

It might just be a broker re-rating that we haven't heard yet

Some of the day traders who bought at the days lows will now sell to realise their profit

The RNS confused me as regards the cancelling of the 2016 final dividend payment, because that was made back in June and as the recent interim payment is now in my account i'll assume that they mean that no final dividend payment will be made in June 2017. If i'm barking up the wrong tree i'll be pleased to hear someone put me right.

Earnings beat forecast and after a great initial response from the market the SP has dropped lower than the day prior to the results. Can only assume it's due to the potential of a difficult 2017.

On the mid-cap index, Allied Minds leapt 34.7p, or 11pc, to 348.9p after its subsidiary Federated Wireless announced that it has begun the certification process with the Federal Communications Commission for its Spectrum Access System.

Outside the top flight, Sports Direct International toned up 1.08 per cent or 4.1p to 383.8p on market gossip that private equity firms may approach Newcastle United owner Mike Ashley about taking the sporting goods retailer private. Ashley owns just over 55 per cent of Sports Direct.

Sainsbury's now holding all the aces

Steinhoff have confirmed that they will not be making an offer for Home Retail. Now that Sainsbury's have had the opportunity to have a good long look at the Home Retail accounts they can either, cancel their offer, proceed with their original offer or may decide to reduce it.

A big thank you to Simon Thompson for giving me the opportunity to buy some more shares in CMS at 42.6p. Well i think the shares are a good long term investment.
