Yes, very disappointed and can’t see a dividend this year. Unless they sell the other mine. If they don’t do a dividend I can see this going back to 2017 levels as we get nothing back for the money we have invested. Think they just ‘reinvest’ the money they make, but doesn’t help out us ‘poor’ shareholders. Will stick with GEMD, but they do have to show us that we matter to them too :-) AIMHO

Felt that was a good update and badly needed with what’s happening. Lots to look forward to if we get the three farm-in. Only time will tell :-)

Well, half expected this today, but thought it would be first half of 2019. I will take up the offer and buy more if I can to round off my shares to the nearest 10k. Just a wee habit I like doing lol. BUT, this will be my last time I take part in a EOG placing if I do not ‘see’ a drill bit hitting the ground and the share price far north of today’s price. Getting a wee bit of a joke now and turning into my new ‘MXP share disaster’ with the amount of share they finally had in issue. My attraction at the start was how little shares EOG had and it’s was a very well run business. Not to sure of this now. AIMHO :-)

Volume today was 110k... might have been a ‘large’ sell at the end, but not to sure as not looked at trades. Will be back up tomorrow no doubt. Be interesting the 31st October to see what the 3rd quarter brings, as no updates really, so we’re all in the dark.

Have a question to ask... I’ve invested a good few thousand in EOG, as I can see where they are heading, slowly tho, but a close family member has done the same with PVR for their Irish plays too and don’t really know much about them, apart from reading their latest RNS’s. The question is, who is likely to be the 10 bagger we all want, and who thinks it’s worth having a few ‘k’ in both at the starting price of 15.5p for PVR?

It might be down, but compared to my other shares GEMD is holding up well lol.

Interesting chat her today and my stances is I am in till the very end or a 74.9p :-) but I have to say before I invested in EOG about 9 years ago I did my research into the company, but never thought there was so much red tape and bull within the UK oil market. I always thought it was abroad that happened. Just shows you, if you’re not a oil major you get treated like crap. AIMHO :-)

I’m happy with the way we are heading and just a matter of time before this share heads towards the £2 level. All the boxes are getting ticked for me now, so it’s a waiting game for me after about 9 years. All IMHO :-)

I know the feeling MrBond, but would rather have the price well over the £ than sitting in the 0.70ish. I’m still down, but least we are heading in the right direction (I hope).

We still have our selling I see... well, if you did buy on the way up from the 60’s I maybe do the same. Going to be interesting next week with H1 results. I do hope for a special dividend after an exceptional first half of the year, but we will wait and see as nothing guaranteed :-)

I knew it was going to be a waiting game, but over 8 years in this now and nothing seems to happen at a good pace. Even an update on what’s new in Ireland this month. It’s our money they are spending after all :-) Never really been impressed with EOG PR machine, but surely they must have some news or they all on holiday :-) AIMHO

It’s strange, but I do remember about 7 years ago it was in the 170’s shot all the way down to 130’s then went all the way up to 225p all within six-seven weeks. But that was a long time ago. I remember nearly selling at 225p, but got greedy :-). Still should not be heading down after that find this week IMHO.

Heardy, this has gone up 100% since Xmas so can’t go up all the time. Would say we will be passed the £1.24 over the next week or so as GEMD is now is a very strong position. Another couple of large finds this year and this could easily be in the £1.50ish. Just my thoughts and AIMHO :-)

Hoping for a special dividend tomorrow, but not sure it will happen. Also hoping for news on our other mine being bought out. Those two things would help the share price massively, but not sure what any downside to the H1 results could bring. The joys... so what’s everyone’s hopes for tomorrow? AIMHO :-)
