Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
Joe would they have had the equipment for a stem test on site? Would setting one up have caused a delay? Maybe their might still be an opportunity for a further top up on Monday. Thanks for your insightful post a stem test bodes well for a really good RNS. Regards GL77
Spaceman I have been badly burned on this share too. You could try moving over to helium one. There is a lot more chance of making your money back with them. Have a look at their AGM on utube. They look genuine unlike the people in charge of this. Good luck anyway GL77.
I have been looking at the past three years of optimistic podcasts on YouTube. The optimism has not been reflected in performance or in the share price. Let's hope with the upcoming back to back drills the oil flows and that 2024 is when things here change for the good.
I really hope you are right on progress within the next few weeks. I think however that we may be constrained by our financial position and rig availability. A lot may depend on how good our upcoming oil and gas flows are.
So with a six month delay on the slawson cash flow, my guess for the back to back drills is sometime after may. This gives more time to for the optimistic to top up. I will be adding some more to my holding when I can.
A nice surprise this morning. I am now looking forward to mid November to see how lucrative the Williston production is and what it can do for our cash flow.
My questions would be when the rig is hired for the 36_2 redrill do you expect it to be in the first calendar quarter or the first financial quarter. Also are we relying on expected Williston cash flows to enable the back to back drills mentioned in the RNS.
Jain's our current low price may be in part caused by the convertible loan notes. Another one in today's RNs. I don't know if there are any more coming down the pipe. But I am quite sure that when we are over the hump and our sellers are gone we will be in for a decent rise.
MyIPA You are quite right. The seller selling now at this low price is having to sell more shares to get the same amount of money. Also he will be using up his amount at a quicker rate. I will also be looking out for when news that the next well permit has arrived. If we have built up a strong enough cash position at that time so that we can press ahead with its development without the need to raise funding I think we will be in a winning situation.
Jeb VRS as a comparison was a company that had a sustained seller. When that seller was gone they more than 10 bagged. Unlike VRS pxen makes a decent profit. I expect when our seller is gone our rise will be even better.
I am hoping that when 36_2 has reached testing and production, we will have some kind of hint as to what percentage of our billion barrels is extractable. This would put us in a strong negotiating position in any joint venture discussion. How would this effect the potential for an increase in our market cap? My guess is we are going to be rich.
Sadly for me I didn't have the patience with emerald energy and sold out. This time around I am determined to stick with zephyr. The key moments I am looking forward to are 36_2 testing, 36_2 production, announcement of joint venture talks and a joint venture agreement. I expect our shareprice will be considerably higher when all this is achieved.
If my memory serves me well there was once an oil company called emerald energy who were in a somewhat similar situation to zephyr. When the problems they had were resolved their share price went up by many multiples. I hope the same happens here.
Will there be a cash component to the Cole creek joint venture to help pay off the wonga financing? Will the JVP fund the new wells with copl receiving a share of the profit? How many barrels a day do we need to break even? Is the GGS going to increase production enough? Is there still going to be a 1000 to 1 consolidation and dilution? Are the board now determined to act in a fiscally responsible way? I have too much uncertainty, distrust and loathing of AM to buy any more shares here at this point.
Well done middle East on making back the money that you lost here. I am hoping to do the same with zphr and pxen. I hope that the joint venture is real and not another made up carrot. I also hope that the GGS is a success. If it isn't I think it will be curtains.
