US energy giant, Chevron is selling its North Sea assets to Ithaca Energy.

Ithaca, which is part of Israel's Delek group, will pay $2bn, Reuters is reporting.

It fits the trend of smaller operators taking over from the oil majors in exploiting dwindling North Sea reserves.

Chevron, the second largest US oil producer after Exxon, was among the first oil companies to drill in the North Sea in 1964. But it has been focusing increasingly on shale extraction in the US and in Kazakhstan.

Members...no sir...if you watch CFD data closely you will see it follows tradingview.com or livecharts.co.uk, then for no reason it deviates, usually when there is a shift in market sentiment it then exaggerates the market sentiment, so people then short or go long , then it snaps back into correlation with the actual 'live' price, takin out the stop losses, this is how the Forex companies make money,its not an even playing field, smoke and mirrors.

I left my laptop at home this morning, I use it to access tradingview and 'live' oil price, it was around 70 dollars, I got to office and dont know my tradingview password so just accessed 'live cfd' Brent oil price on investing.com and its 2 dollars cheaper! , this is why i will not trade CFD data oil, cos its fixed against you, If you put in a sohrt now tey will fix it back to the real price and 'bye bye ' stop loss....its amazing that the plus500 and Ig 's of the world get away with this.

Just to completely contradict what I just posted, Germany unemployment numbers today from May were shociking, expectations were unemployment to reduce by 8000, it went up by 60000!

Gotta say, I take no notice of API or EIA 'figures' simply because there is no correlation between them and POO, I just focus on tech analysis, and ignore the news, the GS bullshit, brokers, members etc.....its all noise to confuse and bamboozle, stay in the zone, clear head, i will make money on PMO very soon, I learn Mr Fawlty, I learn!
