What are the tax implications if not held in an ISA? When selling will it be classed as 100% profit or still tied in with TILS?

Didn think tax was applicable in an ISA but came across this.
Another area where you may pay tax within an ISA is on dividends paid out by any foreign companies that you own in your ISA or pension.
