Personally I don't think JP and sound want any complications. For me it's a package and it will be sold outright no add ons. Sound will no longer exist and we have no ties to the buyer unless cash and shares.
To me this equates to £3 without a drill or we drill and prove £5-10.

The RNS seemed ok my only concern would be Southern Morocco and the wording!

As announced on 5 June 2018 the Company initiated a farm out process for the Sidi Moktar onshore licence with the objective of funding the forward work programme whilst retaining operatorship and has subsequently shared technical data with multiple potentially interested parties. As a result of this the Company is now in discussion with a few remaining parties and will update the market in due course

Maybe I am just nit picking as the rest of the RNS seems to be where we are at and that's it????

Sprintman Sold all blue chip and funds a while back after taking a bit of a hit over the last six month downtrend. will wait for the market to bottom out and re invest.
My only investments now being my mining and O&G punts.

Just listened to the link and all sounds positive in fact very positive.

Had a small punt this morning and hopefully will sustain my current gain. Thought about trading this may should but I can see positive news coming sooner rather than later.

Although Sound is only 10% of my portfolio due to risk reward.

Not sure how it works as not a tax nerd but one of my good chums is self employed he set up a limited company of which him and wife are directors and they draw a wage. Sure he said he pays less tax that way?
