I just bought a whopping 10 ADSs so I could have it on my screen.

I paid $18.17, or ca 644 pence.

I pray to Money this adjusts at a much better price for us longs. Of course I pray to Money pretty much every day, so nothing new there.

With the follow on offering, we're diluted ca 10%, and for that we get a stronger company with an additional ca 120 million USD on the balance sheet.

Fingers crossed they do a good job in executing their strategy.

As much as I dislike the 2:1 ratio, I like the spin you put on the matter.

The 2:1 ratio most certainly will not make the buyers of the ADS's lives any easier when it comes to analyzing the fundamentals.

Readers may ask if I'm so bullish, why don't I have any position here? That's because I own a position in Tremor International (OTCPK:TTTPF), and I'm not sure which investment carries the highest upside potential, so I'll stick to Tremor, but keep my eyes on Perion. Happy investing!

I am big on diversifying within this sector.

I own what's to me a huge slug of MGNI, a fair bit of PUBM, and a sliver of TTD. Also a fair bit of AcuityAds, some Criteo, and FUBO.

As you may be aware, I feel PERI is provides the best risk / reward profile of all of these, including TRMR, which I'm into fairly deeply as well.

I don't know how this is going to shake out. So far I've done better in all of them than expected, and if I end up with another one of them being a huge winner like MGNI was for me, I'll be more than a little thrilled.

You won't hear me complain about TRMR...with an average price of ca 157 pence, my TRMR has been treating me very well since I re-entered this one after the old blinkx days. I love it here. Long may it continue.

You totally mischaracterized things I said...by implying I said things I never said.

I never said America was great (we were, but no longer). I said we're a totally corrupt country, and this only came to light recently due to Trump exposing the depth of the swamp.

I've been to the UK numerous times, but I don't stay. My family is from the UK, we left a couple hundred years ago. My father returned for a couple years in 1944-1945, but did not stay. We prefer it where we are now located (obviously). I do not criticize your country or it's citizens on this board (except my one comment about Boris going woke on us).

I just watched the Perion virtual presentation by Stifel for he second time (a few minutes ago as a matter of fact). They've upped their search revenue projections over the next four years from $800 million to $900 million. These guys are serial sandbaggers, so I am betting even this is very conservative. I've been adding to an already bloated position in Perion for the past three weeks. This is one to not only watch, it is one to buy...this is my not so humble opinion, feel free to ignore.
