I think things will start moving when the SPV is in operation so that WSG can gauge any effectiveness it would bring to their contract. That is of course assuming that the SPV isn't just for medicine and food products :-)

just spotted someone who appeared to look a lot like PF in Devon, England.

He was on his own in an unnamed supermarket carrying a large Christmas tree through the self-service checkout.

He appeared to pay by card and didn't bother waiting for his receipt.
