A bit unfairly one-sided as they who say they are holding out and not selling don't have to prove anything !

I belive they and the other hedge funds intend to vote no and force the Chinese to pay more, if successful a free bet if you like . They know the Chinese won't walk away from the deal of the century . 12 months of scheming and planning gone into this !

For what it's worth I have thrown my lot in with the no vote . This has been a well planned and excuted raid on this share a lot of scheming and a lot of secret aggrements made behind closed doors . This is why I have no fear of a share collapse if the deal is blocked .The Chinese will be forced to increase their derisory offer to get this . Just my thoughts not advice to anyone .Don't risk more than you can afford to lose.

On a long term global scale it certainly is going to scare the life out of explorers, if this is the return they can expect from discovery and proving up . They will find it hard to find backers .killing the goose that lays the golden egg (littery)
