Half-year results will probably be in a month, as you say under NAV - according to past RNS scheduling
Another bag if it goes back to NAV.
anyone here from CCAP a bit disappointed?
I'm going to invest in RGO and Pires as well then at least I'm well rounded for whatever happens
I've never seen an aquisition going through that fast. I expect lots of delays as per usual, maybe it'll take a year who knows. GLA holders
Last year AGTA had a slight operating loss. Assuming not much has changed, the share price hasn't gone up much on the 1 year, but commodity prices are up 40-80%. Should turn a profit next trading update

Does the rns not do it well enough
Well well well 17m mcap, much better looking now, not as undervalued anymore.
20-25m should be all it has got due to earnings but if the horde comes running in I'll be very happy :)
Google "china coal"
what do we think boys?
would appear as if the £800k trade was a limit worked buy at 29.5p - the support is a lot lower than before, so at least some baseline is established. I can't say any reason why it would go up now, but also nothing for down either.
interesting times
£26m revenue gives them a PE of about 2.5 - perfectly good.
LSE PLEASE UPDATE IT'S NOT -7
Try investing in NNN, AIQ, OBC, CPX, EVE.
All amazing companies which are worse investments :)
Those who punted £100-200 into it at 40p feeling great selling at a 70% loss now lol
Who called that the numbers were way too low and had to bounce back? - though £26mn was above my 20m pessimistic expectaions.
Potential bagger down the road depending if things get back to how they were with another positive half year report / accounting releases.
Promising times to come for a nice fundamentally strong long term hold.
How do you get free l2 advfn? looks like it's very expensive
Their proposals were stated in an RNS - basically to restructure debts, find the £1m they need to find the debt. I really thought this was in an RNS - I cannot remember when this was, but I'm quite sure this is the case.
Administration isn't pleasant but the RNSs are positive so it should be something that is the least damaging to the company I would imagine
Looks like we're going to want to pass all resolutions unless you can think of a better way to get this to market..
small buys showing as sells - IT'S GOING UP
seems like the hedge fund is losing a bit of money on this one.
Unrelated - when's the ex-div date on this? It says if you got in with primarybid then you're entitled to them.
RNS:
The new Ordinary Shares issued will rank pari passu with existing Ordinary Shares, including the right to receive dividends and distributions, including the first dividend expected to be declared for the quarter from Initial Admission to 30 June 2021 in an amount of 1.5 pence per Ordinary Share, payable in September 2021.1
Yup. We are back to that original £5m of straight up buys at 35p again. SP won't be propped up as much so it's going to get exciting. There's no way it says at 35p, it either falls through or bounces hard.
IMO
Perfect little 10-15% drop since last time to get back in
3rd of June we were supposed to have the shares?
