My issue is this.

JV was always the best option ftom day 1
George released a video confirming they have many lucrative offers on the table for a JV about 5 days before RNS release.
RNS came out saying they are going it alone.

Thats my issue.

OK I understand we do not and will never know the offers but what George should have said is...

'We have 2 options, either JV or go it alone and the outcomes would be XYZ.'

IMHO

Placing to follow now. Unless George is going to empty his own pockets to pay for those subbies.

Anyway I am optimistic.

2 director dealings are worth over 1million gbp.

Placing is not required IMO.

Lets look at the evidence

1. GST start up Fintech in Singapore and the UK during a time of uncertainty (Covid).

2. Appoint directors who are vastly experienced in Blockchain.

3. Director share purchases.

All the above ooze confidence. Plus the last RNS stated they were going to apply for API.

Seems funny the director purchases are BEFORE the APi is applied for and granted!!!

Is news going to follow saying API has been applied for?

Only share since Noyacyt I am 100% sure will multibag. Might take weeks/months but will happen.

Spring started last week and finishes end of June. I am hoping by end of April we will have something.

We also are on the hands of G11 on SP which I think they are concentrating on another drill site from memory.

Simple......I mentioned the dilution of the SP after the Video of George and the JV, then the RNS of going it alone.

I would never take any RNS as Gospel with commodities unless its backed up with facts and figures.

Having just read the Blog posted on here maybe George does have a plan......he did say another RNS before ME

That puts a different swing on things.

Maybe George realised Zulu is worth more than the ewtimater inital JV sale price negociations.
