SD set to announce the takeover of the haverion project by newcrest mining , he will of course join the newcrest board of directors , the remaining ggp projects will join forces with a new company heddle holdings , the haverion takeover price will be set in the region of 40/50pence , no timescale for this at present , just thinking out loud by the way
