Any offer for the company has nothing to do with the current share price. if you look at the Power of 78 calculations, any offer is based on the estimated future income streams discounted at a given rate. The share price today reflects the level of production/profitability now and takes no account of future streams. The model that Mac provided shows how to value a company for sale, there are others that can be used.

...if someone has asked this before....the new presentation, which looks great, if this is a form of sales brochure, why are we punting this out there now if we have interested parties on the hook? is it more to provide info to those already in the FSP or is it designed to attract interest. Just a bit unclear as to its purpose.
