Not sure if this has been covered but technically the HMRC do not allow you to trade out of a SIPP. I don't know what their definition of 'trading' is but there you go. I have several shares in one, I don't day trade or anything like, but I am pretty active. the chances of them checking are minimal coz they have no staff and plenty of other to keep them busy. Just saying.
