That’s what I’m working on to be honest. Although 3-4$ per barrel is more like it especially seen as oil prices are only going one way in my opinion, north! Pandemics have that effect on things. Not putting conspiracies out there or anything but people will and have positioned themselves to make a lot of money. I plan on trying to be there as apposed to missing out as mentioned before!

Certainly would be pointing towards that bud. I’ve only been in for four/five weeks and it has always felt to me that this was all falling into place. The one thing that was vital was the show of oil and being able to prove it at Merlin. I believe that they have enough and we will all know soon. I’d rather be wrong and have to hold for a while than miss what I believe will be life changing for many,

I’ve mentioned this before as I cannot understand it. In affect this company is worth 200 million or so at 1.5p a share. Just don’t see how that is possible. Dw said last year they have a good idea of where to go now at icewine. Don’t know much about Yukon leases but obviously something there and prospects for the future are good. We obviously have oil at Merlin and harrier. Umiat has oil as well. This must be a case of proofing up as much as possible for a buyer. If not it’ll be next year for another drill but it’ll be sold by then I believe. I hope it does anyway because I can’t keep reading this board for a year, lol.

Thank you for the response rodrod. All I wanted to know really. So many posts on here and lots I don’t know obviously. I’ve always been here for the oil, take over or whatever it may be. It all makes sense to me so hopefully it pays off sooner rather than later. Take care guys

Thank you for the response mr Saint. Exactly why I directed the questions towards the mentioned people woozdod. I would rather regret sticking with it then bailing out and missing what I believe will be a fantastic result, this year or next. Have fun beers would be great, I’m sure we’ll sort something out over the summer!

One thing is for sure, something is going on. Got to get my head down with work for a while as it’s been neglected due to all this build up. Rodrod, bigpat, Saint Anthony I hope you’re all still holding on in there. Interested to know your thoughts at the risk of being hung drawn and quartered for it, lol. Always felt positive about this and the rns didn’t really change my mind on it. I think the find is big and the company is worth way more than it currently is.

Can’t see any other outcome than someone buying it I really can’t. Fair enough lots were in for the we’ve struck oil and everyone is rich, I get that. This still has miles over the coming weeks. If not maybe the new md will push it over the line if it doesn’t get there this year!

Why all the big buys now if it’s going down to 0.2p. The oil is there and it’s not about getting it into to tankers it’s about finding it, hence exploration company. Dw has said they know where to go at icewine, why buy umiat. Why has this crashed so much when still waiting for results. They say we may need more test to prove a discovery. They got water and oil on the way out. Elko buy shares early on in the drill probably because oil showed early. More pay zones than they thought. Doesn’t make sense that overnight it crashes and is now worth 30 million. If you want to debate please do but genuinely try to answer with an open mind.

If you panic you lose money buddy. Sit tight this will bounce back, not all is lost. Just might not be going the way people thought. Not over yet by a long shot!

Harrier hasn’t been drilled. Merlin has obviously found oil and potentially lots of it but it can’t be proven this year. It’s there and it will work out if you’re prepared to hold onto your shares. Potentially a buyer based on this but no-one knows really. Share price drops to 1p were saying that 88 is worth 125 million, I don’t think so. You make mistakes if you panic.

Particularly encouraging is the apparent presence of oil in a zone that has not previously been targeted in NPR-A. Whilst the potential volumetric size of this zone is not yet known (as it was not a mapped target in Merlin-1) the formation could be extensive based on initial interpretation. The other most prospective zone with good shows and petrophysical characteristics is shared with the Harrier Prospect and will likely high grade that for drilling in 2022

Same as Charlie 1 really. We know it’s there now so we can pin point it if necessary. Dw also said before this drill they have enough to drill Merlin and harrier. If they need a little extra funding I’m sure there would people lining up to put some money in knowing it’s there. Elko have a fair bit of interest to make this successful. Also dw has perhaps taken this as far as he can and now it’s time for someone else. Anyone heard of any names to take his place yet, because I haven’t. Normally someone is lined up.

Look guys it’s not all bad. It states we cannot conduct flow tests due to time. If it said no need for flow testing then it’s a duster. They couldn’t test the deep pay zones so they took samples on the way out. This contained oil and water. 88 is an exploration company and they have found oil in that area. Dw has said that it may be hard to understand but it’s the best drill they have ever had and more results are due and it’s very encouraging. Probably due to a lack of expertise they have messed it up. In take over terms it’s absolutely perfect for someone. They know it’s there but can’t prove 100% how much etc. May take until next year but I doubt it. Let everyone sell for next to nothing tomorrow.

Absolutely gutted this hasn’t happened this time. The oil is still there and the prospects are still there for the future. I don’t know the management but as I said before maybe someone else can or thinks they can do a better job. If there’s a takeover in the offering now would be the time as it’ll be cheap. Not selling, what’s the point.
