I think the ongoing disaster that is CHAR does have an effect. Fortunately PRED are unlike the disastrous CHAR sitting on great value and through prudent financial management going to be able to profit from it. I must say I feel real sympathy for the genuine CHAR investors who have been led into a very difficult situation by some awful management and by listening to completely unethical actors , not a few of whom have moved in to this board.
