Cheers Chesh. Nice to see you back as I’ve always enjoyed your posting style. Just to be completely clear, all three folks mentioned were simultaneously involved with PRD prior to Peterhouse resigning later on the same day ?

I note in the recent placing RNS (17th) that the version on PRDs website gives enquiry details for Novum , Optiva and Peterhouse. Grateful for any help in understanding what role at this time these folks were playing to merit such inclusion and also thoughts on status of possible ongoing talks with potential investors ??

Mick I read it as a response to a slower negotiation than anticipated where a fixed drilling timetable was being used to pressure PRD into a less advantageous deal.

Can only speculate of course but for my money PG and Lonny don’t want to be boxed in by a negotiation that narrows the time for alternative options and weakens their position. Peterhouse may have felt undermined particularly if they had a previous relationship with the other parties. Our core need in Morocco is to get these wells done. After that it will speak for itself.

Matt , it reverses the pressure from PRD back on to the competing JV parties.

Because if you do, the European electricity market may scare the hell out of you. French base and peak load prices for Cal23 and, particularly, for the Nov-to-Feb period, are reaching stratospheric levels.

This morning, France 1-year baseload €602 per MWh “

France 1-year forward power €576 per MWh
??????German 1-year forward power €430 per MWh

(For context, the 2010-2020 average is ~€45 per MWh)

European TTF natural gas benchmark closed the day at €205.3 per MWh, the highest settlement price since March 8th. In the forward market, TTF Cal-23 and Cal-24 settled at all-time high for those contracts

Not sure of how and where it may be declared. A few CE of local authorities may do better and a modest amount in comparison to capital at risk and potential capital gains we all hope to share in surely.
