Confirmation of MOU for Gas Sales agreement and commencment of flow testing sees this back towards 12/13p

If they give some juicy details about the Gas Sales contract it could go much higher

CUBE . . . . While comms delivery style from #PRD can lead to some head-scratching, it is patently clear what they are telling the market; a contract 📃 is being drawn up for an off-taker of gas 🛢 from Guercif on a *large* scale.

When it is signed 🖋 the testing will begin. Rapidly. 🚀Management have also stated that appraisal drilling is planned.

We approach the tipping point, and moreover the *spill point*.

MOU4 appraisal may unearth the the biggest new natural gas reservoir in recent history.

Its BIG.

Two separate negotiation’s with ‘ several parties’ . CNG development strengthens our wider buyout position and the Moroccan authorities are mustard keen. MOU is a formality. Full buyout with retained interest will have been progressing prior to war interruption. At least one of the parties is no longer viable nor do the Moroccan authorities now want that parties participation publicised by PRD. The MOU factor allows political cover and time for restructuring. Testing will occur in agreement with purchasers requirements.
