Regulatory requirements , contractor availability, weather, my goodness they haven’t had it easy. Best they could do in the circumstances ? For me an easy yes . Some very positive information gained with a clear way forward both technically and financially. GLA .

The lower end of ITR would make this in the short to medium term the most successful investment most on here will have and will know. The Guffometer reading is off the scale 😄
