It’s a salutary lesson for PIs Ibiza. CHAR ‘s management will have a mutual incentive with the future purchaser to string things out as long as possible. Why invest for a portion of the cake with poor management when you will be able to buy the whole thing for a fraction of its ultimate value and run it yourself. It’s the small investors like Jimmy and Nigel who get the crumbs. Not fair.
