PHP Dividend Paid on the 21st November 2025 to Former Assura Shareholders17 Feb 2026 12:12
Hi all, newbie here, although I've been reading your posts for some time now.
The T212 transfer of Assura shares to PHP finally happened on the 19th January 2026. This was after I messaged T212 many times pursuing this, but received the common response that they were watching this passively and doing nothing. This was despite the fact that the deal went unconditional on the 12th August 2025 and while the offer was still held open to accept (as I explained to them).
This question is to those former Assura shareholders who managed to accept the offer from PHP. When did you receive the shares and cash from the deal, and did you receive the PHP dividend that went ex on the 9th October and was paid on the 21st November 2025 (from former Assura shares only)?
I didn't receive anything and after several requests, they finally stated on the 30th October 2025 that 'No dividend will be payable on the shares you are due to receive from the takeover, as these shares have not yet been distributed', which I'd pretty much gathered anyway. That cost me around £75 in dividends which I'm peeved about, and the markets rose markedly between whatever date people received their cash (assuming they did) and January 2026 when I finally got mine to invest. That soured my opinion of T212 on top of the fact that their software is moving relentlessly towards a 'mobile centred' platform (I'd prefer to work on a 32" screen thanks). I also found that trades are very slow and unpredictable to go through. I'm in the process of migrating elsewhere.
Many thanks.
