Danyo - I wouldn't hold your breath, RP has been spouting the same rubbish for 18 months now and has come up with sweet FA. How they are managing to get away with spending so much cash with no explanation of where it's going is beyond me. I personally think once the last of the money has gone so will PCGE. I'm a LTH and have all but written this off now.

Neither of the Consolidation RNS's explain that the 0.4p deferred shares would be going to the company, let alone for nil value. So each of my 5 shares were turned in 1 share, which was then divided into 2 comprising of a 0.1p ordinary share for me and 0.4p deferred share for Poulden, which effectively gives him millions of our shares for sweet fa. If I am barking up the wrong tree please stand corrected. I think it's about time Mr Poulden was reported to the FCA, this stinks !

So reading between the lines our 5 to 1 consolidation in January which was meant to make PCGE look a more attractive company to do business with as there were going to be less shares in issue was actually then sub divided into 0.1p ordinary shares for holders and 0.4p deferred shares for Richard. On top of that the consolidated value is now down the pre-consolidation levels i.e. 1 fifth of the original value. The deferred shares have now been claimed by the company for nil value and will now dilute us again. Alright for RP though as he has loads more shares now he can sell and re-coup his losses whilst we are all sh***ted yet again. How the f**k is this even legal ?

Within a month 5 Holding announcements and we now have 4 individuals holding 32.5% of the company ! Your guess is as good as mine as to how this is going to play out. This is not punt money and begs the question that they may have an idea what's about to land ! Who knows, nothing is straight forward here. Gla

Well Samadhi it looks like it could be as he has 50m Shares which matches the 2 x 25m Buys, or is it just coincidence ! So we have someone else loading up. Hopefully Deal news soon. Gla

Yes I am invested royo hence the warnings, given the past history of this joke of a company, 2 years of stringing people along whilst the SP has been destroyed and nothing has been delivered. Where has all the money gone that was raised ? I hope I'm wrong and something significant lands but I just can't see anything good coming out of this lot, given their past history !
