What is the likelihood that Nanoco are taken over.

I’m a long term holder.

To me this could well be the outcome from Directors down they all all nicely

placed and a buy out would suit them even more seeing how this has all

played out and further financial gain being their end game.

Yes I realise the German case is separate but if the German court
ruled and found in favour of Nanoco but issued a fine? that was a
lot less than expected then the American case and undoubtedly
the judge presiding and directing the jury (as most of them will be clueless
as to what’s going down.) would have Carte Blanche as to what he awards
possibly in favouring slightly Samsung even though Nanoco win.
American governments have a lot to say in these cases and Gilstrap will be under huge pressure.

Could a trial in Germany take place before the US.
Are the Texas courts delaying for the simple reason
of Samsung’s investments in the US.
A softening by the US by seeing how the German courts react
to the case.

Shouldn’t the poster who contacted the courts now be chasing up Amazons technical. buying dept for the lowdown on their position with Samsung ????????.

As I said many weeks ago in all legal cases the Judge is alway’s there
in all types of cases to guide the jury.
By the look’s of it Judge Gilstrap is well up with the Shenanigans these
big company’s try to pull.?
So that makes me more than confident no matter what rabbit Samsung’s
lawyers try to pull our lawyers and the judge will see through it.?
