re. pandemonium, sanctions don't work and most countries aren't imposing them now. Germany needs Russia raw materials and gas. If a ceasefire sanctions will stay as is; for POLY main issue at moment is worry of suspension and this is holding price down. Once that won't happen they SP will re-rate.

Sanctions will be watered down - Germany just watered down the EU ones and the war is still ongoing. Sanctions will ultimately only hurt us as once war is over plenty of countries will trade with Russia, We do little trade anyhow but as UK does little about corruption, London was home to the Russian mafia who also funded the Tory party.

Why will sanctions stay after a ceasefire; isn’t that what they were for. Countries may buy less from Russia but at moment Germany is spending with Russia than before due to high gas prices.

One assumes there will need to be a resolution left or nothing left in Ukraine for Putin or Zelensky. If Ukraines do a deal what then happens to sanctions, some of which will be hurting Ukraine?

Who is everyone. Certainly once war is over things will change but this shatre will go up as much uncertainty will have gone. EU will also like reduce sanctions as they are pragmatic. US doesn't if they stay as doesn't impact them much. As for UK thank goodness Boris is going to guarantee we get all our electricity from windmills hopefully not made with Russian steel.
