So many poorly run companies on LSE and regulators and FCA don't seem to care; no wonder LSE is in decline. I would have a minimum capex for staying listed as ridiculous that many especially on AIM are worth no more than a house or value a new starter might look after at larger companies.

Many are run as personal companies and seems directors there until death.

I would also insist companies give a shareholder update every month or maybe quarterly. Companies will have monthly management meetings to review progress so why not share with shareholders.

Positive at moment is it is easy to invest in companies outside the UK.
