0.00687 TAMBORAN RESOURCES CORP SHARES (SEDOL TBA) IN EXCHANGE FOR

EVERY 1 SHARE HELD. ALTERNATIVELY, HOLDERS THAT ARE RESTRICTED WILL

RECEIVE B SHARES THAT ENTITLE THEM TO CASH CONSIDERATION WHICH IS

BLOCKED UNTIL RESTRICTIONS ARE LIFTED IN EXCHANGE FOR THEIR HOLDING.

THIS IS THE DEFAULT OPTION, HOLDERS WHO ARE NOT RESTRICTED MUST ELECT

FOR OPTION 2.

HOLDERS HAVE THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS:

As of the official announcement released today, Friday, 13 March 2026, Greatland Resources (GGP AU) has been confirmed as an addition to the MarketVector Global Gold Miners Index (MVGDXTR), the tracking index for the VanEck Gold Miners ETF (GDX).

Just going back down to fill the close by liquidity gaps , trend is our friend and that's up, so no worries for now, no doubt citi downgrades tonight have a few retail hesitating, needlessly imo.

Capital rotation to Gold fully in play!!

Gold Daily chart closes 2 days below 4300 i'd be watching for Weekly close below 4000 that would be trend change for me! Silver weekly close under 60.

PMI came in at 52.6% in US , over 50 isn't great for gold

That re test of 5.19 this morning was perfect , close above 6.15 today would be lovely!!

Crack above this 5418 and hold we go to 7088 , then next stop 8120 !! If GGP catches up with gold movement would have us in 20's !!!!

We really need a close above 14.02 so 14.20 be awesome!!

6.94 next fib target, 7.10 top of liquidity from Jan 2021 , clear them, next level 7.70 then 11.85 then 18.56 !!!
