I once again agree with Winstonwolf's logic. Its all so logical illogic, if you know what I am trying to say, LOL! A succession of interest rate rises can only crystalize a relatively weak USA economy an shove them into recession. So is this the Feds logic? Raise interest rates now to cut them again? LOL! I think the rise in POG/S is just a blip.We will see? But I was reading David Stockman tonight, the sun may not come up tomorrow, economically speaking, he feels there is a massive crash starting TODAY, related to the debt and no spending possible by Trumponomics! Interesting times for so many reasons!

seer, I do not think the Fed's announcement will have much affect on PM's as I suspect it has already been factored in. My question is: When does a Black Swan land and what is the swan's name? Is it a banking swan, or a war-ing one, or a political crisis (shock Dutch or French voting) or what will it be? Could even be a dollar collapse but probably not likely! Perhaps a swan will be the only mechanism to liven up the PM market, one way or another as we seem to be going sideways?

Taking a punt that POG may react positively to the Rates Rise to be announced by the FED today. Possibly 0,25%? Could not be more? Question is: Will this strengthen the USD and inversely weaken the POG? Is the POG now at its low point? Anybody know when the next dividend payment takes place?

So will today turn out to be a turbulent day? Just wondering? POG early this morning was still just $1203! How will HOC's react? seer, you are right. This is one of the best to hold in times of stress and turbulence. Many goldies are red!

To answer your question, my Fresnillo has made very small strides and Metal Tiger is blinking volatile and I am down on that one! Luckily only a small punt! It is difficult I find to charge in with one share! I personally feel saver riding a few horses. But horses are devil's work! Have minds of their own! Like forcing them to drink, LOL!

How can the biggest short of silver of ALL time not affect the market, or silver shares as a whole? But, shorts are temporary and more complicated than just a one-liner! LOL! What's happening elsewhere, other factors are constantly either working in our favour or against us. Also read about an imminent correction of S&P/Dow at all time high, 8 years of rising and not fundamentally sound! Many big funds are cautious at this point in time and good for Au/g!

seer, wherever I read - and they are BIG names in investment in PM's, they are more than extremely bullish on silver more than gold! These billionaire investors and the logic they purport cannot be wrong and looks sound! So I feel relaxed here and agree, 270 and beyond is not in doubt! GLA (Casey, Dines etc...)

seer, I have topped up on this rise with 20K but funny that it does not show on the LSE Trades board? I had a look for info on Inmaculada mine over the weekend but could not find anything to suggest news post fatality. Anybody else with any luck on this one?
