I hold with HL. No problem placing vote....voted Against few days ago.

Afraid i would not be holding my breath waiting for this 1p to be paid? to shareholders in the event of a yes vote. Don't believe a word that comes out the their mouths...and anyway as a matter of principle it would still be a No vote for me. .

Cash remaining from the £2.8m received will be required to cover transaction costs. It is anticipated that after meeting these costs there there will not be any remaining funds available for distribution to shareholders...so why would anybody in their right mind give approval to this deal?...looks like we are going to receive nothing anyway.

I for one will be holding onto my shares for voting rights and hopefully a beneficial investigation into this complete Scam!! for all shareholders who got totally Screwed.

I think you will find it is only the usual suspect posters promoting this EGM to eliminate Colin for their own personal bitter, twisted agenda...who only want to destroy rather than accept there is a very good possibility this company can be totally turned around.
