Things are now further pointing out to an acquisition of RMM.
Obviously it's all speculation on my part but putting dots together:
-we know there is major interests in RMM as its been mentioned multiple times in the year
- Dev and drilling have been boosted massively

- they updated LD ressource study (cannot remember the exact name of it but you get me)
-we are now getting K2 in, bypassing the open market and their finds are specialised in one part in merger arbitrage.
- secrecy about the third party about financing (could this be the buyer?)
Having K2 in this case would be fantastic stuff. They would actually being something to the table and be well suited for negotiation and getting us the best price possible.

Now at least we know that BM holdings are not the IIs mentioned in the RNS. My fear was he might use this to cancel this year's dilutions, but that's not the case, he is biting the pain the same way we are.
