I think the story about overhang is a mistake. You get an overhang when a CLN holder is selling. TR-1 are released after holding was sold or bought not before.

IMO we are in consolidation. Some are selling their holding and an equal amount are buying in. It does create some sort of overhang, but nothing to do with the TR-1

These trades could be a million things. Moved from one ii to an other, sells, buys, swaps, unreported trades.... No one ****ing knows and even a Bloomberg terminal won't tell you, because stock trading is less accountable that your personal tax. It's a joke.

There is no way of knowing what these were really. What is very likely though is or we are going to tank or rocket come next week. Final or, these were insanely late trades unreported for the last 2 weeks that IIs have finally reported to the market.

Where I would slightly disagree is when I did some digging in what funds IIs had placed their CPI shares they were not in tech, but British midcap recovery play and others. But like you said it all depends what sector they might think will be the one. Capita can fit in multiple funds or portfolios.
